The Bazile Groundwater Management Area incorperates area in 4 different NRDs: Lewis and Clark, Lower Elkhorn, Lower Niobrara, and Upper Elkhorn. Each NRD has established rules & regulations for their district. In those rules & regulations are what are called trigger levels which are based on township nitrate sampling results. The table shows the trigger levels for each of the NRDs in the BGMA.  As of now only the Lower Elkhorn NRD has defined Phase 4 in their rules & regulations. Each NRD has different rules & regulations for operation in phase areas. Producer Connect

All 4 of the BGMA NRDs are now utilizing a new producer portal called Producer Connect for reports.

If you are a producer in any of the districts and required to submit a flowmeter or phase report, this platform will be used.
